Hi, Ty,
Hallowe'een pales in comparison! The only component missing is the dark and the spooky wind! So - do they make disdasha outfits in paper big enough for Garth? Your boys look very dashing in their white outfits.
Susan and I have our 13th appointment for our hot air balloon ride tomorrow morning but if the weather is similar to today we'll be postponed again, probably until Spring.
Thanks for the blog updates about you and the pictures.
Love, Lynn
Hi again,
No good balloonong weather yet so S and I still have that adventure to look forward to. This weekend there were wind warnings. On the drive to the EcoCentre I could feel the wind pushing the Mazda off the road going both ways. A total of seven DKG members from both the Regina and Saskatoon groups enjoyed the adventure and the visiting. The tours of the Eco Centre and the Eco Village were very interesting, conducted by a retired teacher, so of course, you'd know it would be informative. It constantly amazes me how such a small core group of volunteers sustains their enthusiasm and keep finding connections with other people and ideas. It's impressive that little Craik is involved with the United Nations University - Institute of Advanced Studies through being designated a Regional Centre of Excellence. You can read more on their web site.
Your Mom just phoned and told me about your working trip to Amsterdam. Nice perks, girl! Enjoy!! Look forward to hearing more when you get back.
Love, L
